  • Signed Schedule 1 Designer Form (required for permit application)

Not included: 

  • If floating slab foundation is selected additional engineering may be required. (As per Ontario Building Code, floating slab foundations do not require engineering if the building area is less than or equal to 55 m² (592 ft²)).
